Prayer Challenge Thirty-Three

Devotional: “Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” ~ Ephesians 4:20-21, ESV.

Challenge: I came across this quote by D. A. Carson, “If you want to see what judgment looks like, go to the cross. If you want to see what love looks like, go to the cross.” By going to the cross we are going to Jesus Christ and His shed blood. By going to the cross we are going there to pray to see God at work in our lives, our community and in this world. What injustice are you bringing before the Lord in prayer? Who do you know needs to experience God’s love and mercy?
