Prayer Challenge Three

“Now if any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives to all generously and without criticizing, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith without doubting.”
James 1:5-6a (HCSB)

Wisdom in prayer… When you pray, do you always know exactly what to pray for? Or how to pray for someone else? The answer is No! The Apostle Paul tells us that no one is perfect because of sin (Romans 2:23). As Christians our imperfections should never stand in the way of us coming before the Lord in prayer. “The Holy Spirit also joins to help in our weakness…[He] intercedes for us” when we do not know what or how to pray (Romans 8:26). Pray in your weakness for God is your strength.
